The short answer
Write one character reference block — age, face, hair, distinctive feature, clothing, build, expression — and paste it unchanged into every prompt. Keep clothing and hair identical unless the story requires a change. Generate shots one action at a time, and when a shot fails, change one variable (camera or action), never the character wording.
Copy-ready character block
Character: [age] [gender] with [hair colour, length and style], [eye colour], [one distinctive feature], wearing [exact clothing and colours], [build], [habitual expression].
Rules that actually help
- Exact wording, every time. Synonyms are new instructions to the model.
- One action per clip. A character who walks, talks, changes clothes and reveals a product in 8 seconds will drift.
- Same light logic. Wildly different lighting makes the same description read as a different person.
- Log your prompts. Keep the exact text of the take that worked; reuse it as the base for the next shot.
